Bill Mulligan, President and CEO
Bill Mulligan has more than 25 years of experience in the solar industry. As president and CEO, Mulligan drives the company’s continued development of leading-edge power electronics solutions. Mulligan has served as a member of the SolarBridge board of directors since 2011. He was vice president of research and development for SunPower from 1998 until 2010, during which time SunPower grew annual revenues from $8 million to more than $2.2 billion. He led the development of SunPower’s low-cost, one-sun silicon PV cell technology and under his leadership SunPower developed and commercialized the world’s highest efficiency solar panel. Prior to SunPower Mulligan held roles at JX Crystals Inc., National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL), AstroPower Inc. and Fairchild/National Semiconductor.

Patrick Chapman, Ph.D., Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Advanced Development
Patrick Chapman leads product development for next-generation microinverters, plans the technology roadmap and manages the company’s intellectual property. Before joining SolarBridge, Chapman was a tenured faculty member at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His career at the university consisted of research, teaching, and professional service in the field of power electronics. Chapman holds a doctorate degree from Purdue University, and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Missouri-Rolla. As a senior member, Chapman is very active in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and was chairman of the IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference in 2011.

Craig Lawrence, Ph.D., Vice President of Marketing
Craig Lawrence is responsible for product management, product marketing, marketing communications, and customer support. Prior to joining the company, Lawrence served in executive roles at SunEdison, a global leader in solar energy, including vice president of products and general manager of Sun Edison’s Residential and Light Commercial Business Unit.Prior to SunEdison, Lawrence led the Energy Practice at IDEO, a global design and innovation firm providing product design, engineering and marketing services to leading renewable energy companies and utilities. Lawrence also led energy investing activities as a principal at Accel Partners, a top Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Lawrence holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Andrew Nichols, Vice President of Sales
Andrew Nichols serves as Vice President of Sales at SolarBridge. Nichols has extensive experience in the solar industry, having spent six years as Vice President of Sales at Enphase Energy, where he was instrumental in the company’s development of its channel distribution strategy, formed key OEM partnerships, and contributed to the company’s successful positioning for IPO. Prior to Enphase, Nichols served as Director of North American Sales for Xantrex, where he built the sales organization for renewable and power backup products. He has also served in key executive sales functions for software companies including Apple’s Claris Corp., OfficeClick.com (Vendavo) and Scansoft. Nichols received his B.A. in Social Sciences from the Univ. of California-Berkeley.

Jack Powell, Vice President of Operations
Jack Powell is Vice President of Operations for SolarBridge. Before joining SolarBridge in 2012, Powell was senior director of product lifecycle management at SunEdison. Prior to that he served as director of program management with Enphase Energy, which he joined in 2008. Before moving into solar, Powell held management positions in manufacturing operations, supply chain management and engineering program management at Cisco Systems, Cerent Corporation and Nortel Networks. Jack is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Judd Rabb, CPA, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Judd Rabb oversees the financial and administrative operations of SolarBridge, as well as leading future fundraising efforts. He has more than 20 years of comprehensive financial management experience, including mergers and acquisitions, treasury, controllership, strategic planning, fundraising, business development and financial analysis. He was formerly CFO and vice president of finance at Coldwatt (acquired by Flextronics), CFO and vice president of finance at Illumitex, Corporate Controller at Green Mountain Energy (acquired by NRG), and Corporate Controller at Silicon Laboratories, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s initial public offering. Rabb began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He was a founding member of the Private Company Financial Reporting Committee jointly sponsored by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and American Institute of Certified Accountants.

Greg Vance, Vice President of Engineering
Greg Vance is responsible for hardware and software product development, program management and global engineering of SolarBridge microinverters, Power Manager gateway and Power Portal web-based monitoring system. Vance served in senior management roles at Dell Inc. for the past 15 years. At Dell, Vance oversaw Dell’s high end, four-socket server design as well as key functional areas including enterprise power engineering, memory engineering, project management as well as ECAD and engineering software tools development. As senior director of server platform development, he was the primary point of contact for key co-development OEM efforts between Dell and Intel. He began his tenure with Dell as a senior development manager responsible for the development of Dell’s dual processor Precision workstations. Prior to Dell, Vance spent five years in engineering development and management roles with InterGraph, where he developed industry-leading, high-end multiprocessor workstations. Vance holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
