Regional Sales Managers

Title: Regional Sales Managers

Location: East Coast

SolarBridge Technologies welcomes your established sales expertise to cover the Eastern U.S. to drive sales of AC Module solutions to residential and commercial solar developers and installers. You will spend much of your time traveling to, and visiting prospective customers, in collaboration with our AC Module partners, and supporting the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to sale. You are the primary external face of SolarBridge to the installer and developer community, and are expected to have passion for and evangelize AC Modules, and convey a sense of expertise in services and capabilities offered. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads for AC Module sales in collaboration with our AC Module partners
  • Driving revenue growth for SolarBridge
  • Creating and managing a pipeline of sales prospects
  • Supporting the development of new sales and marketing programs
  • Meeting sales quotas, as measured by incremental new AC Module sales for our partners
  • Tracking and reporting account progress and forecasting sales through/ for our module partners
  • Interfacing and collaborating with OEM account managers to help close business with AC Module partners

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3 years of successful track record of B2B sales experience
  • Strong time management skills and self-discipline with ability operate independently and as a team contributor
  • Strong presentation and follow-up skills
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Attention to detail
  • Solar industry experience desired
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with customers
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel (CRM experience a plus)
  • Desire to stay on the leading edge of the solar and renewable energies industry
  • Road warrior based near a major airport with ability to travel up to 60% primarily in the eastern US
